217 Pounds 95 Days to GO
So, 20 days have passed and in those 20 days I have lost 5 pounds. The goal is to lose 2 more pounds this week. I think I can do it, but I have a lot to do this week that could hamper that goal. Wish me luck!

218 Pounds 104 Days Remaining
It has been a while since I posted here. However, I have gotten done to 218 pounds, which means I have lost 4 pounds. The goal is to keep going and lose tons of weight. So, by reaching 218 pounds that means I have reached my first little mini goal of 220. Now I am aiming for 215 pounds as my next mini goal.

I know I can do this! Soon we will have a new treadmill which will allow me to work out as well as cut calories. Wish me luck!

Hello ALL! This is my first post on the blog. But I need to lose weight and get in shape too - after all it's my wedding too! Here are my stats
Weight:133 (last week)
Weight loss goal: 125
I am planning on losing the weight by counting my calories, toning with pilates & cardio.
For my calorie counting I am going to take my weight (130) times by 10 = 1,300 -this is the amount of calories I need to eat to maintain my current weight - not my plan! so I minus 500 calories a day to lose a 1lb a week. Now I don't have that much weight to lose so my plan is to eat somewhere between 800 - 1300 calories a day. Hopefully it will all even out & if not I will have to re-assess my caloric intake in a month or 2.
I also have my measurements from pilates so I will post those also!
I haven't eaten yet today but I will be sure to post when I do!

So, again, this is a day late. Oh well. I was 220 pounds yesterday morning, which means I've lost 2 pounds. Anyway, here is what I ate yesterday:

114 Days Remain; 222 Pounds
Well, today is really the first day. I weighed in this morning and I was 222 (or so I think). Anyway, a couple things I am going to do is track my money spent on Food and Drinks as well as my Calories per day, total weight, total weight lost, and I'm going to set mini goals so that I don't get discouraged. My first mini-goal is to get down to 220 pounds. Okay, well here is what I have had to eat today so far:
Breakfast:
2 Bowls of Golden Crisp Cereal (I'm guessing my bowls add up to 3 bowls): 330 Calories
Milk in each bowl (I'm guessing 2 cups of milk): 180 Calories
Total Calories for Breakfast: 510
Lunch:
2 Low Fat Yogurts: 160 Calories
1 Orange: 61 Calories
1 Apple: 110 Calories
1 Serving of Baby Carrots: 7 Calories
1 Stick of Celery: 1 Calorie
1 Fiber One Bar: 140 Calories
Total Calories for Lunch: 479
Dinner:
Beef Tenderloin: 183 Calories
Worcestershire Sauce: 0 Calories
Green Peppers: 32 Claories
Red Peppers: 42 Calories
Onions: 67 Calories
Garlic: 4 Calories
Beef Bouillon: 10 Calories

185 In 115 Days
Tonight, I have decided to test myself. I leave for Mexico, for my wedding, in 115 days from tonight. My goal is to get down to 185 pounds in the remaining 115 days. Currently I am somewhere around 220 pounds. Since I started this tonight (after my day of eating) that means I'll have 114 days left to lose 35 pounds. I don't plan on doing anything extreme, just eating right and monitoring my calories. Every day from here on out I will post EXACTLY what I ate. Hopefully, I can get some feedback on what I should do differently. I will also post how I've exercised/if I've exercised. Tomorrow I will post my starting weight and I will go from there.
