So, again, this is a day late. Oh well. I was 220 pounds yesterday morning, which means I've lost 2 pounds. Anyway, here is what I ate yesterday:

Breakfast:

Cinnamon Rolls: 600
Milk: 80

Total Breakfast Calories: 680

Lunch:

Pineapple: 74

Total Lunch Calories: 74

Dinner:

Sausage Pizza: 1120
Crushed Red Peppers: 0

Total Dinner Calories: 1120

Total Calories: 1874

Max Calories Allowed: 2200

Deficit: 326 Calories

Okay, but not ideal. Today is the Super Bowl, so I really need to watch what I eat today. Btw, let's go Colts!
