It has been a while since I posted here. However, I have gotten done to 218 pounds, which means I have lost 4 pounds. The goal is to keep going and lose tons of weight. So, by reaching 218 pounds that means I have reached my first little mini goal of 220. Now I am aiming for 215 pounds as my next mini goal.
Here are some of my other goals:
215 by March 1
205 by April 1
195 By May 1
185 by May 29
I know I can do this! Soon we will have a new treadmill which will allow me to work out as well as cut calories. Wish me luck!
