Hello ALL! This is my first post on the blog. But I need to lose weight and get in shape too - after all it's my wedding too! Here are my stats
Weight:133 (last week)
Weight loss goal: 125
I am planning on losing the weight by counting my calories, toning with pilates & cardio.
For my calorie counting I am going to take my weight (130) times by 10 = 1,300 -this is the amount of calories I need to eat to maintain my current weight - not my plan! so I minus 500 calories a day to lose a 1lb a week. Now I don't have that much weight to lose so my plan is to eat somewhere between 800 - 1300 calories a day. Hopefully it will all even out & if not I will have to re-assess my caloric intake in a month or 2.
I also have my measurements from pilates so I will post those also!
I haven't eaten yet today but I will be sure to post when I do!

Good luck! Btw, 800 calories a day? There is no way that is healthy.
